Thread: Probably simple but can't figure it out-Google Webmaster tools

In Google Web Master Tools, I am trying to add my site and it is asking for verification. It gives me some code to publish

Where do I publish the code?

you can use a meta tag code from google copy this and then right click on your index page select page html choose between head tag and paste. publish your page again then verify with google.
