    Default Created new Subdomain, but BlueVoda page won't publish.

    Hi guys,

    I have a website called Bondposters.com.
    I use SohoLaunch for that website.

    As part of my university course I am creating a small website for part of my work.
    So, I created the following subdomain: www.swatch.bondposters.com

    I downloaded the latest version of BlueVoda.
    I created a very simple page for www.swatch.bondposters.com.

    However, when I try to publish the page it says the following:
    "Internet Exception Error 12029"
    "The attempt to connect to the server failed"

    What am I doing wrong?
    It is my understanding I can use BlueVoda for this subdomain.

    Please help me.

    Hi;

    This could be one of several issues; in fact you may be best
    served by visiting VodaSupport and opening a support ticket.
    This may be a username/ password issue, so please check
    these carefully. You should also make sure that the IP
    address that you are publishing to is correct and current.
    In addition, it may have to do with the File Manager folder
    (directory) that you are attempting to publish to (as this
    will be different for your sub-domain - NOT public_html).

    Have a careful look at this tutorial on sub-domains and see
    if any of your steps were out-of-place:

    Please check all of the above; So that a secure exchange of
    publishing details (IP, username, password) can occur with
    Support I would strong suggest that you open a support
    ticket and please, please, please do not post ANY of your
    publishing details in this forum.
