Thread: Simple contact form

Hi
I am new to bluevoda so go easy on me!

I have made a simple site for my business, i want a dedicated page where customers can visit and ask me to contact them. My form is basic and i would just like the following fields;

Name
Address
Tel no.
Email

then a field for...

Question which would need to be a few lines long.

thats it, sounds simple but not for me.....anyone help??
