You can't.
It would violate the VodaHost Terms of Service for your personal hosting account. Only 1 Control Panel per hosting account, and it must not be shared.
You may wish to consider getting a VodaHost Reseller Account, and being able to "sell" or provide free access to Control Panels for individual hosting accounts as you see fit.. VodaWebs....Luxury Group
