Thread: Email account

A friend has recently signed up @ BV and wants to have a seperate email account. Where is this available and how do I instruct him to conclude the arrangement?

If he signed up, he gets unlimited email accounts. I don't understand your question. (To conclude what arrangement?) He already sign up.

He wants to purchase the Email Pak.

It's a bit of a "Catch 22" situation. He says that he has not received his DNS #'s to point the domain to BV. Until I can get into his control panel I cannot help him set up his email.

What exactly did he purchase.

1) Did he purchase web hsoting form VodaHost.com
2) Or did he just purchase a domain name from VodaHost domains.

Anyway tell him to join this thread ands ask his own questions. The
info relay game is never the best solution.

Today I purchased the Domain hosting package and set it up on monthly payments. I already transfered the domain name erealteam to voda. I am assuming once this domain hosting package processes I will receive a notification to be able to log in to my account and purchase email.

My question is I need email accounts which I can set-up with my outlook and have for other employees as well.

For example:

jared@erealteam.com , bschwartz@erealteam.com, etc...

I have also purchased an SSL cert and need some instructions on exactly what information I need to set-up for that cert up. I logged into my account and hit auth. cert under status. What do we put for web server type? And CSR? Also can I set-up this cert before I receive hosting approval.

You get unlimited email accounts with BV. Once you sign into your control panel you will be able to set up all the accounts you want.

Thanks for the reply. I do not think I can log in to the control panel and set those up until my order processes. It is possible for my to approve the order faster in order to get the account set-up?
