I have tried rebooting, but my BV files won't open. It says AffiliSys-Blue Voda "Failed to Open". Is this a computer problem or a BV problem?
Thanks!
Sheila

I tried rebooting multiple times and still the error is there. When opening the program I receive an error of "Affilisys - BlueVoda Failed to Open Document". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and still the same error pops up when I try to access the program. It is important that I get a resolve to this error so I can access and manage my site. Thank yuou for your assistance.
1 When did it stop working
2 what other software did you install
3 is it just one page that will not open
Can you open a blank page?

It stopped working yesterday.I did not install any new programs. It does not open at all when I click on the program. Because it will not open and I get this error I can not open a new page. The program does not open it just gives me the error I mentioned.
Try running a system restore back a couple days and see what that gets you.
Try upgrading your BV software. It happened to me and when I upgraded it worked fine.Originally Posted by sheila@aplusbeautybuys.co
I also have encountered the problem twice. I fixed it running my Registry Fix program

Thanks, all. When using a Registry Cleaner, which do you recommend? I understand they can cause more problems than they fix. Is this true?
Definitely run a system restore before messing with the registry if it's unfamiliar to you.Originally Posted by sheila@aplusbeautybuys.co
Race is correct. Also, most Registry cleaners will prompt you to get a restorebackup before going on. Make sure to do that. I use RegistryFix by http://www.registryfix.com . I prefer this because i found out that it usually doesn't mess up everything. Again, as Race said: Pay attention.
