Thread: Does BlueVoda require Photoshop?

1) If I purchase a template, most likely I will be required to own and use Photoshop.
2) Is this also the case with BlueVoda?
3) To avoid using Photoshop when building my website (with either BlueVoda or Dreamweaver), should I NOT buy a template?

Which particular template are you talking about? Each one has its own set of requirements.

Brian, if you do not want to buy and own a phoro editing package then you are limited when using a template because you will have no way of editing it.

But with BV you don't need to use a template - you only have to look around here to see what beautiful websites people are building without the need of templates. It's your call.

Amanda speaks the truth. I thought I needed a template until I started using BV - and did a complete e-commerce site without one and am working on my next.

plus if you ever needed a program such as photoshop, you can use "The Gimp" which is an open source prgoram with most of the capabliities of photoshop
