Thread: 6 different server ips & can't publish

I would like to publish my site with bluevoda publisher.

The problem that I’m facing is that the publishing window in bluevoda is showing of 6 different server ips and none of them matches the one ip I got when I registered a web hosting account with Voda host.

How do I know witch one of the server ips to pick when trying to publish my site with bluevoda, if none of them matches and I don’t know how to type one in myself!

Is it possible to put your own server ip, how do I go about doing that?

You just need to download the latest version of BlueVoda. As VodaHost is growing at such a pace - new servers are added regularly. Once you have done this you will see your IP address in the drop down menu.

My BlueVoda version 7.7 I don’t think there is a newer version at least not on their main site, so as far as I know my bluevoda is up to date.

The 6 different ips I’m getting are:

70.86.134.194 - 70.86.138.226 - 70.86.224.210 - 70.86.241.194 – 70.86.30.66 - 70.86.36.186

Now my ip witch is 74.52.36.2 is not among the 6 ones!

Any ideas ?

Please read my answer again! Then update your version of BlueVoda. Arguing won't change anything! Lol.

I’m sorry that you misunderstand my message, I’m not trying to argument anything!

Your message is stating that there is a newer version of the BlueVoda program and that I should update it in order for me to get my ip to show.

Unfortunately I’m not able to find a newer version of Bluevoda at their website as I’m only getting 7.7 v. and my version is 7.7 so its the latest. If you would go to this link you will get the same http://www.vodahost.com/bv/

Even though it's the same version number it is an updated version of the one that you have, otherwise your IP address would be in it.

Please download it and you will find your IP address. Honestly.

I am having the same problem. The IP address that is in my welcome email is not an option when I try to publish. I tried updating to the latest version with the link you provided, but I'm still not seeing it.

Which is the IP in your welcome email?

You have not updated (you just think you have) if you can not see your IP.
Please try again, delete any old setup.exe file you have on your box, so you
do not install the old version again.

Don't worry this is a very common error.

I uninstalled & deleted the old version, loaded it again, and still don't see my IP address. What do you think I'm doing wrong? Do you think there is some part of the older version still some place on my computer that I am not seeing?

1) Create a folder on your desk top called new.
2) Download BV into this folder.
3) Install it directly from this folder.
4) Reboot.

Hi , i've the same problem like that and i send 2 ticket support for someone to help me out . i try all these steps that you talk about it . but still i do not have my IP address

my IP is : 208.43.222.135.
