Thread: How to publish..how get url?

There are some things I`m wondering about.

*When Im ready to get my site published,how do I go?Im really blank on all this,so I have to ask.
And what about adress to my site?How does it work?

*Will there be adds in my site?I so,it will be ruined.I`ve buildt my own templates based on my art.And I cannot have any adds in the middel of that.Is it so that I can pay for not having adds?
