Thread: Send this page to a friend button

I would like to get a 'send this page to a friend' button on my page. I can get the button, fine, but how do I open up email on the visitor's pc?

Any help gratefully received!

The easy way is to have "button" send to this page etc, then link to form where they enter the email address, name, and a message,

It's already a feature in all browsers: FILE > SEND (via email, link, desktop, etc.)

Having it as an option on your website would mean that you'd have to "send" it via a universal email tool, which is problematic since you do not know if everyone uses Outlook, Outlook Express, Webmail, etc.

But, if you really want something on your website to promote peer-to-peer marketing, it is easier to simply use a 'Tell-a-Friend' script to invite others to visit the page themselves.
