Thread: Accessing website

Recently, several customers have told me that my website http://www.redhawk-archery.com/
will not load from their bookmarks/favorites. It will load if they type in the address, however. Some say that it takes a very long time to load also. I have checked it with http://www.1-hit.com/all-in-one/tool...me-checker.htm and get a load time of 10.7 seconds.
Any ideas?

It only took 6 seconds and I only have WiFi....not bad, and that was from a bookmark......

Site Report card gives you a 9/10 for load time - which is good - they say 14.63 seconds - realize they are averaging out load times from high speed to dial up. That's a very acceptable load time.

Loading from favorites is a computer problem - I'm having that problem on my computer today - tell them to clear out cookies, etc - might help.

If not loading from Favorites, tell them to type the adress in the address bar, ADD it again to Favorites, and when asked if the old address should be overwritten,click on Yes"
