my website is up running and everything works fine now but the problem is it takes about 1 min to load up the pages.

im on 2meg braodband and it loaded in about 5 - 6seconds mate what you using and it mite have been slow trafic for you?

realy like the site not had a proper look yet but from ive seen very proffesional mite want to match the nav button coulors from the top to the ones from the side or visa versa but thats just a suggestion so ignore me
oh and if work out every day and eat lots of cream cakes you to can look like me

Check out the forum On Search engines/Optimisation. Many members, including Bethers, have prepared a lot of posts about optimising your site. You will find lots of valuable information which can help you get your site loading faster.

loads pretty fast for me. But, you do have lots of stuff on the page.

I'm on dial-up right now and it took just over 1/2 a minute to load - it's the top of the page that is taking the time - that pic/flash - so you might want to look at optimizing it.

so what you are saying is i need to reduce the quality of my flash banner?

and ive heard that making the banner HTML helps it load faster, is that right?

Loaded fine here. Agree, match side vertical nav bar with your top. Would really complement your site. Good job!
