What sort of files are you thinking of.......html ??
Link to text ? .........you can link to text by using bookmarks.(See tutorial)
or you can select text and make it into a Link.
Try to explain the problem a little more and we can help you better...

You can upload a zip file by using BV ftp.....Tools>ftp manager....
Depending on the contents of the zip file, you may have to unzip
the files to your computer, then upload files 1 at a time......
Please read any instructions that came with your zip file.
