Can you create a custom 404 error?i mean when someone does something wrong,intead of that 404 page cannot be displayed thing,can you create your own?

Yes you can its in cplanel

You can change all you error code pages.

I found if I made an error page In BV then pubished, went into the file and copy the HTML to the error page of the code required, it worked great, you have to change setting for images etc
