Thread: Upgrading problem

Hi:

I just tried to upgrade to ver 8.0 and when I try to open the exe file I get the following error:

Error in compressed file. Bad CRC

then when I close that window I get:

Could not extract support files. Setup will abort.

I have tried several times and get the same message.

Help.

Thank you Girlonthehill for the quick response, however, in the meantime I used winzip and it downloaded just fine.

Sooo-if anyone else has the problem downloading via the download to desktop just use winzip and all should be good to go.
