Thread: i need help with hyperlinking & inframes

What I want to do is make my like links on the outer frame to open up in the inner frame and i was wondering how you do this... i didn't see an option to do that when it asks you for the taget... i'v used front page b4 and was able to do it but i just can't figure it out on BV... please help, it's the only thing keeping me from publishing my site...
