PHP forum error, don't understand

my problem is with the;

Failed sending email ::PHP::

DEBUG MODE

File : emailer.php

right under that read that, it tells yea why i get that error when i post

it says that my host is blocking its email system or soemthing, i don't really understand, and i thought my host *here* would know for sure!

*in simple term* My question is, what does that mean?, my host is block the e-mail or php forum?? not sure what it means?

Go into your Admin Panel > General Admin > Configuration and set your board to use SMTP for email.
