Thread: Publish Failed

Tried to publish index page and got this- Publish failed
Internet Exception Error 12014. What in the world does that mean and how can I fix it. I tried to publish from my work page, could that be it?

This is a password error, you need to open up a support ticket.

Thanks Sarah but I got it figured out. I just made up a username and password. Got on the net and found out what the error code was and started looking in the info. that you guys emailed me and found a username and password under "Connecting and logging in via FTP". tried those and it published fine. Haven't gone on the web to see it yet, but will.
