Members Only and New Users

Is there a script which can be set up to create both a members Sign in / login and a new members sign up?

I need to create such pages that if a new member clicks on members area they get a 404 error page, and visa versa if a member trys to recreate a new account.

When clicking on new members area they should get a sign up form, then be given a special password...

When clicking on Members area, they are taken to the members page after typing in correct password.

Ex: at http://Martech-Inc.biz/netradio.html has a members and a new users link which still needs to have a page created for each...

Well, you need a full login script. And, there is no need to have the script give a 404 Page not founf error, it would be more correct to have an error page where it is stated "You have no acess to this area, please Register".

Also, when an existing member tries to create a new account, it is not always possible to provide an error message. You see, a member can be recognized by the server in two ways: either by cookies set in his computer, or by the session value, if he has logged in. If neither of the two is true, he can perfectly create a new account (using a different email address, username and password).

Have a look at http://www.windameersfleamarket4u.com . register, if you like, to see how it works. Jolen, the site owner has no problem with that. This way you will be able to see how the script works.

I have the full script which I wish to use for Registration as well as Login.

Even have from start to finish:

Database setup:
Create a File to Connect to your Database:
Register:
Login:
Members Area:
Logout:

But when attempting to create all the above I continually receive the 2 error messages....

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Robert, the above details are not very helpfull. You need to let us know which script that is, where you have downloaed it from, and possibly a link to the authors site, as well as the error messages you recieve.
