1. I wanted to use FTP but my IP address is not there, what i should do?
2. I want to creat members area on my website so that our club members with their password and user name can login and use it, how i can do this all? I mean how i can creat there password and username?

1) Assuming you have a hosting account with vodahost, and also assuming you are trying to use blueftp, make sure you have the latest versions.

2) You have two options

a) Use the password protected directory feature in cpanel to password protect a folder on your website, and then go through any make a username/password for each of your users and email it to them.

b) Find or create a login script using a programming language (php, cgi, perl) that is capable of user management. There are existing free and paid scripts that can do this (check hotscripts.com)
