Thread: Newbie Web Building Tips

Hello,
After being here a couple of years I notice (I know others do too) that the same basic questions are asked repeatedly. Sure, I did the same thing also when I was a newbie.
I've taken a couple of hours to put together a "Basic BV Primer" even though there are tutorials covering everything imaginable.
Let me know what you think?? I will be happy to make corrections, deletions and additions.

WTG Terry! I thought about doing the same thing a few months ago, even tho' I don't know very much, but spending time searching this forum could fill several books! I think it will be a big hit! (You may have opened a real can of worms for yourself, tho'! LOL)

hmmm...that's weird. It works perfectly for me, and I just tried it again to be sure. I'll test it with one of your links. Be right back.

OK--I see what you're saying. It DOES work with the link as long as it's spelled out, but not if it's converted to a different text. Sorry about that!

When I looked at the PDF doc; all links were live except the first one??

Fixed!!! Having the link in bold seemed to be the issue. Working now!!
