I know I struggled with this forever, then tried this and it worked! You have to empty the entire table of all text and then pull up the row indicator for each row to make all the same minimum size. Don't groan! You don't have to retype everything. Simply copy all text into individual text boxes when you start and then recopy back into correct cells. Set your table with 1 extra row and 1 extra column. Now you are sizing the next to the last row/column which is no problem. Delete extra row/column when finished.
