How do i clone tab menu to all the pages. please can somebody explain

You are not actually cloning one element at a time, you clone an entire page. So you create a page that will serve as the basic layout of all your pages, save it as something like masterpage, have all the elements you want to be common on all your pages. Such as the back ground, menus, logos, etc. Then clone that page to create the rest by clicking the clone icon, choose the page (masterpage) and there you go. Add your content for that page and save it as what ever.
