Default Single Menu Page with Bv and PHP

I have followed the instructions on this link posted by navaldesign to use a single menu for multiple pages & it worked fine, but all of a sudden the menu's do not show up on the other pages. Can any one help?

    my site is www.citylifelive.co.uk

The menu's are in place on 4 different sections of my site. MUSIC, FOOD, WOMENS FASHION and MENS FASHION.

    the menu URL's are

    http://www.citylifelive.co.uk/music-menu.php

    http://www.citylifelive.co.uk/food.php

    http://www.citylifelive.co.uk/womens-fashion-menu.php

    http://www.citylifelive.co.uk/mens-fashion-menu.php

    Thanks for any advice

That's very weird. It works on my computer now.

Any idea why it would not show earlier?

Dont want that to happen all the time.

    Memory Cache

your browser does not always show changes you have made because it has cache a copy of this page. Clear the cache and preview page again.
Walá! As if by magic your changed page should appear.
