Hi, I want to create a navigation bar that runs across the top of the page with tabs, but I only want 4 tabs. BV's tabs are not flexible....they can't be stretched out (at least I can't figure out how to do that. They are just about an inch long. Any ideas on how to create 4 long tabs that stretch across the page equally? Thanks! www.backpainfreetoday.com         |

Either hit the spacer bar after the naming of each tab about 6 times or more. Or make up 4 separate menus.

Double click the nav bar, when the properties dialog box appears, check the "Resize Buttons Horizontally" check box. Now you can stretch them as required.
