About LinkBackshi. i have a form that i have downloaded and put in my blue ftp area. i watched the tutorials and named it properly. http://www.adkinslandsurveying.com/s...equestform.pdf.
it won't go to the form when the link is clicked on. could you help me with this?

can you tell me how to link it? i thought the tutorial said download the form to your ftp area? can you give me some direction in how to do this.

Just create a text or image or button link to the file. Your link is correct, i can see the form file (PDF)
