Would anyone know how to use an image in a marquee that tile(repeats side by side) and starts off on the left instead of coming in from the right to the left?

Use the CONVEYOR BELT in BlueVoda instead, which was added to replace the laborious configuration of Marquee for images:
from the BlueVoda Toobar, INSERT > EXTRA > CONVEYOR BELT
