Thread: AWstate updates?

Hi,
My AWstats in CPanel has not been updated for 48 hours. Is this usual? I wanted to ask here before submitting a ticket. It is just the AWstats page. The Latest Visits page is keeping up as far as I can tell. Thanks for your help.

I'm seeing the same thing. My awstats have not updated for all of August (4 days), although my latest visitors are updating. I'm on the ns3 and 4 servers.

I finally submitted a ticket after four days and they did fix the problem for me and now my stats are regularly updating approx. every 24 hours. There must have been a glitch of some sort, so you will probably want to submit a ticket, too. Hope all goes well for you. I have no regrets whatsoever becoming involved with Vodahost. I am so pleased with how quickly I was able to build my website and promote my business.

Yep mine came back yesterday and updated for the previous 4 days. Cheers if you fixed my problem as well.
