Thread: can't open login cpanel in Kenya

Help!!!! Our family bought a domain from Vodahost.com. My son in the US can open the cpannel but here in Kenya Africa I canot open it. I am the assigned administrator of this domain. Is there any thing in our company server that we need to set up in order for me to open it here in Kenya? Or is it the security setting in vodahost that need adjust the so we can access it here. Secondly make sure your...

1) Username is correct
2) The password is correct
3) The login url you are using is correct.

If your son in the USA can login and you can't, the issue is on your end.

Asante sana, Thanks for your quick response. I'm Jesse Role my domain is www.roletech.net I can access the FTP but not the Cpanel. please give me some advice to the following inquiry.
First: What is the problem if I cannot open the control panel in another country?
Second: Is there any problem with our campus server?

Will you please explain what excactly do you mean when saying "I can't open cp ". Provide some details: do you get some particular message from your browser, does the username and password dialog box appear, does it tell you invalid username or password ? Provide as many details as possible.

Thanks for your quick response. The dialogue box does not open this message allways appear when trying to open the cpanel.

This has nothign to do with you being in Africa, if your son can login, you can login, you are just doing it wrong somehow.
