problem was IP not pass word or user name

The issue of not getting into my C-panel turned out to have nothing to do with login user name or pass word ; it was the fact that my site uses two servers but my c-pannel is only accesable through one of them and my Bl.Vd. program kept pulling up the wrong one automaticly, I just had to type in the other server # & it worked fine. So if anyone else can't get into your C-panel find out if your site is assigned more than one IP server and if so witch one you need to access your C-panel. Thanks for the replys SE

Hmmmm....Your site does not use two servers and is not assigned more than one IP.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding the terms I'm very new at this and I'm not much of a geek but I'm trying to learn. In my sign up document it has listed what you see in the box below & the help tix said: The login is [IP: 70.86.224.210]....is this not 2 servers ?? What is it that I'm not understanding here?? Do the ns & the IP infront of the numbers mean internet provider & name server?
Can you explain what exactly these terms mean & why they share the same numbers?
