My domain is pointing to the correct DNS: ns17.vodahost.com ns18.vodahost.com However, I cannot see my web http://www.ayesa.org And I cannot access my ftp account or control panel. I have the correct user and password information. Please help urgently. I have posted critical tickets on the support center and it's been several hours and I do not receive any reply.          |

You might have blocked yourself for the server, please submit a support ticket and ask tech support to check if you are blocked.
