According to the CPanel user docs there should be an icon for SSH/ Shell Access available, where one can run shell commands directly. I've looked and I can't find it. Is this feature disabled? Can I ask for it to be enabled? Otherwise, is there a way that I can use SSH (using Putty)? - Putty connects, asks for username but tells me "Access denied" on receiving my password. Please help, I have a cron job that's refusing to run and I'd like to manually test the command if possible. Thanks!

We do not provide shell access, this is clearly stateted in our terms of service. If you need a cron job setting up, please submit a support ticket and we will take care of it for you.
