Thread: Shell Access?

According to the CPanel user docs there should be an icon for SSH/ Shell Access available, where one can run shell commands directly. I've looked and I can't find it. Is this feature disabled? Can I ask for it to be enabled?

Otherwise, is there a way that I can use SSH (using Putty)? - Putty connects, asks for username but tells me "Access denied" on receiving my password.

Please help, I have a cron job that's refusing to run and I'd like to manually test the command if possible.
