Thread: accessing my site on the web

My site is successkids.info. I have published it to C-panel and it is there. How do i get it to come up when I type www.successkids.info into my browser?

You don't publish it to cpanel. You publish it to the server via the publish icon on the BV web builder. Cpanel is simply a file management tool.

On the bottom of the BV Web builder is a tab that says Video Tutorials. Watch those and it will help a great deal in knowing how the BV web builder works.

I published it to the server through Voda Blue and the file now shows up when I access cpanel. How do I access the website?

Or. On cpanel. Go to redirects. Leave the first field blank. Then the redirect should be http://www.successkids.info/yourpage

Change the yourpage to your homepage

Did you purchase the domain name from Voda Host?

Is domain name pointing to the correct servers?

What page did you publish?

Yes, I purchased successkids.info from Vodahost. I published it twice. Once as successkids.html and once as index.html. When I go to the cpanel file manager, they are both in there under /public_html

You have not set the name servers on your domain, it is not configed, click the below...

If you do not know how to do this, please submit a support ticket requesting us to take care of it for you. Your domain will not function until this task is complete.
