This translates to:
What you see is what you get
and it looks as if you or someone else has installed some kind of website builder/html/editor.
and the index_html.php part opens that program.

Have you recently tried out a new program??

Cool Re: What does this entry in File Manager mean??

No... I did go into the html editor to look around... Didn't know how to use it so got outta there... And I uploaded new "popup window" script given to me here at the BV forum... Would these activate the above mentioned posting... Soon I'll be bringing the uploaded site down and replacing it... Should I delete the above mentioned posting when I see them??... Thanks - Doug

copy it to your computer as a temp file and then delete it off your website.

If then anything changes(something doesnt work) you could always copy it back.
