Question ftp account login

Okay, this must be a very dumb question because I can't find the answer anywhere! Sorry...

My question is this. I have vendor who wants to send me pics via my ftp site. I have created an account for them in CP, but how do they login to their account. I realize that I have created an ID and Password, but where do I tell them to go to log in?

Your vendor can use ANY FTP program to connect to your site/directory
and upload the pics, or anything else.
When you create an ftp account and password in your Cpanel, look for the exact method for the connection code.............

Thanks for the info! But I don't understand the "connection code" part. Does the vendor just need my URL and ID/Password?

Thanks

Yes, but it needs to be done exactly as described when you created the
ftp user/password (by code, I mean, the format....)

Try creating another user and password and look for the format which is usually displayed as a guide...............
