Thread: WordPress Problem?

I installed WordPress using the install wizard in Fantastico. But, after all is said and done, when I point to the the URI it created, it takes me to index page of my main site. Where is the blog? What did I do wrong?

You have to install it to a particular directory and remember the directory where you installed it.

I am not very techie but I went to Fantastico on my cpanel and I do not see an install wizard. I want to install wordpress. Could someone tell me where I get the install wizard and also is a wordpress database already set up or do I need to set one up. (Just one for all blogs right?)

1) Go to Fantastico.
2) Click on wordpress.
3) Click New Installation
4) Fill in the information it is asking you for.
5) Click install wordpress.

wordpress will auto install.
