In your opinion which Image gallery is best gallary or coppermine.

Goal:
What I would like is like a page with forward and back (under a frame that the internal view changes )I had pictured like a forward & backward arrow to page thru a gallery with the ending ever changing. And at the same time make it simple to update. Do I make sense? And more importantly, is this possible? Lastly, if it is possible ... can you put changing mouse over text to go with the changing images?
