I am worried because it is difficult to log into my password protected folders, you sometimes have to enter the info 4 or 5 times before you can get in.
Is there anything I can do to make it easier as my customers don't like it.

I don't think that will help as I have a shed load of folders and it appears to happen with nearly all of them.
Make sure yiu are spelling it correctly and spaces before or after you password and username, they are also case sensative.

No it is not just me, a lot of people are having problems with them. You have to input the details several times. My customers are getting very irate and in the end I have to email them the products. Sometimes it works better if you copy and paste but even them it doesn't work first time.
I guess I will put the links on an html page, it is not secure but at least they will be able to download without any hassle.
