Thread: ssl installation

Hi there i recently bought a ssl certificate from rapid ssl and its asking me to generate a csr. Has anyone had any experience in this? If so could you shed some light on the subject.

Yes.. you must put in a support ticket to do this as you cant do it from cpanel, and, you should also be running dedicated ip so you will also have to purchase this, then the support ticket with the info from rapid etc.
