Not if you are making changes to a page that already exists no as this overwrites what you had previously published.
But if you had a page called about_us and you decided for whatever reason you wanted to remake it as aboutus then you would be best removing the old page from the server. You can either go in via your CP then file manager or through your FTP direct onto your server and just delete the page. But be careful whichever way as you must be sure you know what you are doing in there!
