| Hi, when I went to the control panel my username and password were not automatically there! ahhh and I have not got the password on this computer ahh. I put a support ticket asking fro a new password but when I did, I put the wrong email in on the ticket! On realising this I immediatley opened another ticket with the right email however, the original issue and new pasword has been posted to the original email which was wrong, therefor I am left with the same issue with no password! | There was never a need to open a NEW ticket - simply you needed to continue the open ticket - which it sounds like you need to do now. Can you not access the email account you gave them?
