Thread: IS BV control panel compatable with OS commerce site

I Want to open a website much like my ebay store to sell 1000 plus products world wide.Between Soho,BV & os commerce, i was advised that OS commerce was my best bet for the type of website i want.

My question is Do i use BV control panel to make changes etc to my OS commerce site or do i use front page etc to make changes?

You can't use a drag and drop editor like BV or FrontPage to make changes to OSCommerce. OSCommerce has an admin panel for you to add your products, to change the look of it you will have to edit the template file (as well as whatever program you would be using to make/edit images). If you don't know how to manipulate html code your best bet is finding a premade OSCommerce template to install
