| Hi all, I created the majority of my website on the bluevoda website builder application prior to signing up. I uploaded the pages I created and put them in the public html directory. (right? wrong?) The trouble is they're coming up as text files and not actual pages and i don't know how to change that. i'm new (obviously) help? thanks! |

| You don't "put" pages in the directory - you publish them (after you have an account) and they go their that way. When published, they will go into the directory as either html or php depending on how you checked for them to publish.

| well i figured out you go back into the bluevoda website builder then hit file...publish. trouble is, it then asks for username and password and i entered them and it says my password isn't correct. Is this a different username/password than the one to log into my file manager? |

| Make sure you're a registered user to VodaHost, that your user name and password is correct (it was given to you by e-mail) and you will also have to make sure the i.p address is correct at the top of the user name. Also, make sure your firewall isn't blocking it.

| Hi, re-download BlueVoda to re-populate your ip fields. You are might not have the latest ip's on your list & they may need updating.
