Thread: Cant Save a page in cpanel ???

While creating a new page in cpanel I keep receiving the page default.

I have created a html page for my About Us page using Web Builder, as follows.

Where did MY html code go to????????

In addition I created some error messages and had saved them in the cpanel, but tried to delte them and cant???

How can you create a new page if you do not have an account??????

I am however having a problem with the cpanel problem.....

saved the file as about_us

created the html for the About Us Page.....

but after saving the page it shows that the default html is the file I saved and not the html I entered????

What is your domain name, I will take a look at your page. I really do not
understand what you are talking about.

1) How do you reckon this is a cPanel problem?
2) Please explain the problem in detail. Pretend you are talking to a 5 year old.

When creating the HTML for type of information in one of my pages named

About Us

I use the following html for the about_us:

ok..you created a page...what exactly is the problem? Please be precise.
Do not mention cPanel, it does not have anything to do with this topic.

when saving the html for the About Us page it shows instead that all my html was saved as a fresh html as follows:

all the information I created in the meta fields and body are missing.

I had tried to post the html code here for example but it did not show up.

the following information was on the page but in html .... where applicable

Nav bar About Us

Discription of the martech inc business.

after saving the html code and going back to the edit the About Us page there is a new html code ..... not what I had placed in the fields ......

just a basic html

With everything I placed in the meta tags and body missing even the title of the page name is missing?
