Thread: Permissions?

Hi all

I have found a community script that I would like to ad as an extra page to my site.

I up load the files via ftp manager into a folder I created in my Public_HTML. eg.(public_HTML/script)

All I did was run the install file (www.mysite.com/script/install.php) and then my browser freezes, I can not delete the folder, edit or rename it. I get the message.."You do not have permission"

I tried to change the permission setting but it does not work.

I now have the two folders in my public folder that I cant work with or delete?

I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Please help

PS. I am also having trouble to view my file manager, C/panel opens fine but assoon as I click on the file manager, It takes a long time to open and show all my files. Sometimes it freezes and doesn't open at all.
It has been like this since I got my account.
Any advice?

I managed to delete the files but when I upload the new one the sizes are 4kb? it only uploads the folders and not the content?
