green page instead of site

Hello: My account ID is 24483. I have been assigned a temporary URL address to bring up my website I am trying to build using Bluevoda, but when I try to bring that site up only a green page with a description of Apache software appears. The instructions on that green page say to contact webmaster@domain if the green page appears. So far nothing has happened. Any advice? Thanks. --jvckkfy

Have you published an " index " page?
What is the URL ??

Hi,

I have been here since 2006.

I have never heard of any assignment of a temporary url?

You should have your welcome letter and all details are in there.

Your homepage name it "index" only and publish to "public_html"
from BlueVoda websitebuilder. [Do not use your Blue Ftp]

Follow the above and you are OK.

I am having the same problem, a published my index page in an add on domain that i purchase and the page from Apache came on what to do?

This means that your domains/accounts are being propogated .. please wait for 24-48 hrs ...

AND ZURIATMAN - you do receive a temporary url ..
