Thread: file manager permissions help

what is the default permission for published files ?
how is this set ?
can i do that ?

my current permission is 0644.

Yes you can, but why at this stage would you want to.............anyway

files are usually 644
folders are usually 755

and if you double click on a file or folder in your file manager
the properties box will appear..................

edit: just realized that you may be installing/creating a form............
