Thread: getting started

I'm trying to get started but can't get onto cpanel. I try both the addresses given to me and usually get a "not connected to internet" message & I am connected and able to get everything other than the c panel. Thanks for your help.

You need the 3 items that came in your welcome email:
server ID Number
username
password

All three must be correct.............

I put in the "your IP Address" and get a notice that says I am not connected to the internet. I am. I have tried the "Control Panel Login URL" and get the same message.

Here we are another day - I still can't get onto cpanel. Can you fix this? I am clicking onto my control panel login url via the information e mail you sent so it should work. Wish it did.
