Thread: Accessing Cpanel

Mornin' all.....

Got an odd prob. The shortcut on my desktop to Cpanel seems to have ceased to function, and I can't get into it.

It's the weekend and I'm probably missing the obvious, but would someone please advise a terminally confused bloke?

Following on to my post, I've got into Cpanel another way, but I can't view the stats. When I click on the icon, nothing happens.

Could my Cpanel be corrupt in some way - if so, any idea what I can do about it?

Your cpanel can only be accessed by yourself or the support team through a support ticket.

I understand that, but now I've got another problem getting in.

When I type in the URL in the address bar, going through Firefox, I get the following error message:
(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

I'm almost sure my other problem is derived from Explorer, but any idea what this error message is all about?

It's probably something to do with Spain being cold and wet on the mainland - what's it like there in posh people country?

Today, I woke up in the SUN and then it rained for 5 minutes and now its slightly overcast...........have a nice day.
