Question Choosing Log programs in CP

    hello fellow vodies

I am having problems choosing my Log programs in CP

When I click on Choose Log programs I get a table with all my web sites but they appear to be locked with a padlock icon.

And there is this message = Stats program is locked out by administrator

There is no action to unlock them that I can see.

or is this function no longer available in CP?

    Please help

    Many thanks
    max

.... nor is there any reason whatsoever for you to be experimenting with them!

Thank you Vasili for your blunt and to the point answer.

Obviously I shouldn't be able to administer my sites.

I just wanted to see the difference between Webalizer & Awstats
and how they compare as to how accurate they are and if they show the same data. and wouldn't mind seeing the analogue reports for my sites too.

    My apologies for being nosy

It is perfectly acceptable for you to want to be checking your stats in your CP and this is totally understandable. However, Vh do not offer stats results for domains apart from your main account (which I presume you can get access to) If you are talking about add-ons, then this service is not offered anymore I believe. You will have to insert something like Google analytics to create a stats program for these sites.
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.

Talking Re: Choosing Log programs in CP

No apologies necessary, Bro, but there is a method to the madness, and, as offered above, the failsafe parameters disallow any foreign applications into cP to mess up the works!
